W Edinburgh will form the centrepiece of the 1.7 million sq ft St James Quarter development, which will incorporate a vibrant blend of retail, entertainment, leisure and New Eidyn residential apartments

Designed by award-winning architecture and interior design practice Jestico + Whiles, in conjunction with Allan Murray Architects, the 12-story building will feature a unique façade crafted from a winding steel ‘ribbon’

Scotland’s first W’ Hotel, offering 214 stylish guestrooms, including 20 suites and Extreme Wow Suite (the W brand’s interpretation of the presidential suite).

G&S have been contracted to waterproof all wet areas, which includes all guestroom en-suites, kitchen areas, plantrooms, and the stunning AWAY Spa in this £850m development.

St James Quarter also features New Eidyn, 152 luxury apartments over 3 buildings. 

G&S have also been awarded the contract to carry out waterproofing & tiling to all bathrooms & en-suites.
