New Eidyn

New Eidyn, 152 beautifullty crafted apartments over 3 buildings, will sit aloft St James Quarter, one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK, with 1.7 million sq ft of retail, leisure and hotel space injecting over £1 billion worth of investment into Edinburgh’s city centre. 

At New Eidyn, we are contracted to carry out waterproofing & tiling to all bathrooms & en-suites.

For this project we are using the Schlüter waterproofing system, including Schlüter underfloor heating systems.

St James Quarter also includes Scotland’s first W’ Hotel, offering 214 stylish guestrooms, including 20 suites and Extreme Wow Suite (the W brand’s interpretation of the presidential suite).

G&S have been contracted to waterproof all wet areas including the AWAY Spa in this £850m development.
