Gleneagles Townhouse

In the summer of 2022, we completed our contract at the amazing Gleneagles Townhouse. 

This is the first luxury city hotel, all-day restaurant, roof terrace and members’ club from Gleneagles Hotel, and is located at St. Andrew Square, Edinburgh.

The Hotel features 33 boutique guestrooms, an all-day restaurant & bar, rooftop bar, and a state-of-the-art wellness facility with innovative technologies including cryotherapy chamber and infrared sauna.

All wet areas including back of house staff areas required a high level of waterproofing. With such a beautiful building full of original features, it is of the upmost importance that water can never escape the wet areas and cause damage to the building.
